Terms of Participation
By registering for a Sunday Swap event, you agree to the following.
Sunday Swap Stockholm is organised by Bärbar Scandinavia AB ("we", "us") and the event host. For questions about your data or these terms, contact sundayswap@barbarbites.com.
We store the name and email you provide so we can contact you about your signup and the event. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in running the event. We keep your details only as long as needed to run Sunday Swap events, and we do not sell your data. We use third-party services (such as Supabase and Resend) to store data and send emails on our behalf. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time, by replying to any email or contacting us at the address above.
Only if you opt in, we may occasionally email you about future Sunday Swap events. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, Bärbar Scandinavia AB and the event host are not liable for any digital harm, including data breaches, hacking, unauthorised access, loss of data, or misuse of information stored on this site or any third-party service used to run it.
To the extent permitted by law, Bärbar Scandinavia AB and the event host are not liable for any physical harm arising from attending the event or consuming food or drink brought by other attendees, including allergic reactions, food intolerances, illness, injury, or loss of or damage to personal items.
If you bring food, you are responsible for listing its ingredients and common allergens honestly. If you have allergies, you are responsible for checking what others provide before eating anything. Bring food at your own discretion and eat it at your own risk.
You attend the event, swap items, and consume food and drink entirely at your own risk.
Sign-ups and cancellations for each Sunday Swap close at midnight (Stockholm time) on the Thursday before the event, or as soon as the event reaches its capacity of 15 people. After that the headcount is final so everyone knows how many items to bring. If something changes after the cutoff, please email us at sundayswap@barbarbites.com.
We want a friendly, respectful event. We may remove anyone from an event, or refuse a future signup, at our discretion.
Attendees must be 18 years or older.
